To make an appointment for an initial assessment, please either phone or submit our contact form by filling in your details in the boxes below. Healthcare providers may also send referrals by post to the address listed here.

Following the initial assessment we will make an appropriate ongoing referral to one of our counsellors or, where we are unable to meet your needs, to another service or practitioner.

Please note that our landline is not always covered 7 days a week so you may need to leave a message. We will get back to you as quickly as possible. We are generally able to respond faster to email.
